ABOUT THE COMPANY

Who We Are

At The Whole Truth, our mission is to “re-build the world's trust in its food.” We believe consumers have lost trust in big food companies due to years of half-truths. We exist to change that by being completely honest about what goes into our food.

What We Do

We are India’s first (and perhaps only) 100% clean label food company. That means every ingredient is declared upfront, with no hidden additives and no misleading claims. #nothingtohide. Every product we manufacture reflects our promise of clean, honest, trustworthy food.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Process QA Lead is a critical role at the heart of manufacturing operations.
As we scale production and expand our portfolio, this role ensures processes are not just followed but owned and improved, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and operational excellence.

Core Purpose

Act as the bridge between Quality Control (QC) and the production floor. Drive a culture of right-first-time manufacturing. Own end-to-end process quality across pre-production readiness, in-process monitoring, root cause analysis, and CAPA management.

Ideal Profile

Someone who is comfortable on the shop floor as well as with data, SOPs, and stakeholder communication. A quality champion, problem solver, and cross-functional collaborator.
