And to help him stay ahead, on-time, and in-flow, we’re looking for a world-class Executive Assistant - someone who doesn’t just manage a calendar, but who protects his time, energy, and attention like it’s their own.

What You’ll Do:

Executive Support:

Be the right hand to Shashank - managing his calendar, meetings, travel, and to-dos with zero drops.

Anticipate his needs before he articulates them. Prepare in advance, buffer intelligently, and follow up like clockwork.

Prioritize ruthlessly: what needs his attention, what can wait, what can be delegated, what needs shielding.

Information & Communication Management:
Draft, review, and filter internal and external communications (emails, notes, memos, presentations).

Maintain confidentiality and judgment at all times. You’ll handle sensitive information and be into core business discussion.

Workflow & Process Ops:
Create and manage systems for task tracking, internal priorities, meetings, and documentation.

Work closely with teams across functions—People, Finance, Marketing, Product—to ensure Shashank is looped in where needed, and never where not.

Calendar & Meeting Intelligence:
Not just book meetings—make them worth his time. Ensure he’s briefed, contexted, and debriefed for every discussion.

What We’re Looking For:

3–6 years of experience supporting senior leadership (CXOs, Founders, VPs) in fast-paced setups.

Preferred: Alumni of American Express or similarly high-trust, high-rigor global companies. Or front desk at TAJ/ Oberoi/ Airlines

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You represent the office of the founder - clarity and composure are non-negotiable.

High EQ, discretion, and emotional intelligence. You know when to step in, and when to step back.

Obsessive attention to detail. A half-saved calendar invite or wrong flight booking is your nightmare.
